We know that attracting and retaining talent in public-facing organizations is one of the most important challenges managers are facing. Amplify Your Leadership is built around what is relevant to today’s leaders and what they face daily. Specifically, the course is designed to equip public leaders with people and organizational-building skills to lead the current and future workforce. The 11-week course consists of both live and virtual sessions and flexible, self-paced asynchronous assignments led by master instructors. Course participants will enter a small cohort of 12-15 other people where they can not only grow their professional network but can learn from and with other talented, passionate public-facing leaders. The course will utilize Fountainworks’ dynamic approach to interactive learning to engage participants and encourage actionable insights.
